30-day returns, on us

If a piece isn’t right, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — return shipping is free, everywhere we ship.

Condition

• Unworn and unwashed, with the original tags and authenticity card attached.
• Returned in or with the original presentation box where possible.

How to return

Email care@gizamills.com with your order number and we send a prepaid DHL label and instructions. Drop the parcel at any DHL point.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Exchanges ship as soon as the return is scanned by the carrier.
