- European Union — Free express. 2–4 business days.
- United Kingdom, Switzerland & Norway — Free. 3–5 business days.
- United States & Canada — Free. 4–7 business days.
- Australia, New Zealand & the Gulf — Free. 5–10 business days. Email us if your country isn’t at checkout.
Order processing
Orders placed Mon–Fri before 12:00 CET are dispatched the same day. Orders after 12:00, on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier collects your parcel.
Carriers
Every order ships with DHL Express, fully tracked and fully insured for its value until delivery.
Packaging
Your GIZA MILLS arrives in our chocolate-linen presentation box with a grosgrain ribbon, an ivory cotton dust bag, a serial-numbered authenticity card and a care leaflet. Outside: a discreet brown kraft shipper, no branding.
Duties & taxes
- EU buyers — VAT is included in the price. No additional duties.
- Outside the EU — DHL acts as importer of record; local duties/taxes are billed by DHL on delivery.
Lost or delayed parcels
If a parcel is delayed beyond the estimate, email care@gizamills.com with your order number — we chase the carrier directly. Lost parcels are replaced free of charge.
