Twin pleats and that unmistakable double-buckle Gurkha waistband cinch in clean, no belt required, while the Egyptian cotton gabardine holds a crisp drape that cheaper chinos simply can't fake. Tailored through the seat and tapered to a sharp ankle, it sits high, moves easily and keeps its shape from morning to last train.
Loafers and a knit, or barefoot on a warm terrace. The Gurkha does the heavy lifting so you don't have to.
- Cotton — 100% long-staple Egyptian Giza cotton gabardine, mercerised, ~300 gsm.
- Waistband — high Gurkha wrap-over, fastened with a crossed extended tab and two horn buttons (belt-less by design).
- Front — deep double forward pleats; slanted side pockets; two jetted back pockets, one buttoned.
- Hem — turn-up (cuffed), ~4.5 cm.
- Make — woven and tailored in Egypt.
- Fit — high-rise, tailored through seat and thigh, gently tapered; waist sizes 29–36.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, or dry clean; hang or fold along the crease.
Cool-to-warm iron on the reverse; press the crease while slightly damp for a sharp line.
Wash dark colours separately the first time; wash white separately. Reshape the cuffs after washing.
