- European Union — Complimentary express. 2–4 business days.
- United Kingdom, Switzerland & Norway — Complimentary. 3–5 business days.
- United States & Canada — Complimentary. 4–7 business days.
- Australia, New Zealand & the Gulf (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman) — Complimentary. 5–10 business days. Email us if your country isn't at checkout.
Order processing
Orders placed Mon–Fri before 12:00 CET are dispatched the same day. Orders after 12:00, on weekends, or on public holidays ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier picks up your parcel.
Carriers
Every order ships with DHL Express, fully tracked and fully insured for its value until delivery.
Packaging
Your GIZA MILLS arrives in our chocolate-linen presentation box with a grosgrain ribbon, an ivory cotton dust bag, a serial-numbered authenticity card, and a care leaflet. Outside the box: discreet brown kraft shipper, no GIZA MILLS branding visible.
Duties & taxes
- EU buyers — VAT is included in the price. No additional duties.
- Outside the EU — DHL acts as the importer of record; any local duties / taxes are billed to you by DHL on delivery. We'll show an estimate at checkout.
Address & signature
We deliver to the address you enter at checkout. A signature is required for parcels above €150 — please make sure someone can sign for the delivery, or use a workplace / parcel-shop address.
Lost or delayed parcels
If a parcel is delayed beyond the estimate, email care@gizamills.com with your order number — we'll chase the carrier directly. Lost parcels are replaced free of charge.
